Do you remember the line from the movie that the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing people that he doesn’t exist? His second-greatest trick must have been to blind liberals to the horrors of socialism.
Senator Bernie Sanders is economically wrong on every single issue, but you have to give the guy credit. At least he’s half correct about what socialism is. He wants to take all of your wealth and redistribute it to someone else who didn’t earn it. (Bernie’s always mysteriously silent on the second half, which is what happens to you and all your relatives if you refuse to give the government your wealth. We suspect this means he actually DOES fully understand socialism!)
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the media’s new darling socialist candidate, keeps drawing a blank whenever someone asks her to define ‘socialism.’ She’s got the FREE college and FREE health care answer down, but seems utterly clueless about the evils of socialism that have led to putting many millions of people in mass graves. Much like Bernie, Alexandria never mentions the forced labor camps or death camps that socialism has to offer blacks, disabled people and “rebels” who don’t want to give their stuff to the government.
So, if the “party leaders” can’t define socialism, how about the rank-and-file liberals? Tomi Lahren of Fox News took to the streets to see how many liberals she could find who actually understand the socialism that they apparently love so much. Check out the results in the video below!
