Here’s a story that deserves more attention in the media. An illegal alien sex offender from Kenya with a deportation order was hired by the Minnesota Department of Education and received a six-figure salary from the taxpayers. Great job, Gov. Tim Walz!
Wilson Tindi overstayed his visa back in 2005. In 2014, he was arrested on charges of burglary and rape after he broke into a Minnesota woman’s home and raped her while she was asleep. He pleaded guilty to the rape charge in exchange for prosecutors dropping the burglary charge. Since his release, he’s been a registered sex offender.
Tindi also has a previous arrest for another favorite pastime of illegal aliens, which is drunk driving. ICE put him under a deportation order a decade ago. In 2018, a federal judge ruled that Tindi could not be deported.
After all that happened, Tindi got a job at the Minnesota Department of Education under the Walz administration. He was paid a salary of $145,074 a year and had access to the private information of Minnesota taxpayers.
