Throwback Video Showing Popular Democrats Agree with Trump’s Immigration Plans

It’s time to turn the spotlight on the hypocrisy of opponents of President Trump’s plans for illegal immigration and a wall.

Since President Trump shocked Democrats by winning the election and then pushing for the wall he promised, the narrative has been that he hates immigrants because of his stand. The truth is that the only difference between Trump and Democrats on this issue is execution – while they proclaimed 10 years ago that a wall was a good idea, Trump asked for money to build one.

Only 11 years ago, a majority of Senate Democrats voted in favor of the Secure Fence Act, calling for 700 miles of fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border. In May of 2006, 40 percent of Democrats were in favor of building a wall.

It’s not just Democrats who paint Trump as a wacko now but agreed with him earlier. John McCain who bought airtime in 2010, calling on Congress to “complete the dang fence.”

Watch the video and see what Democratic leaders like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi had to say about illegal immigration while Barack Obama was president. Watch the video to see which Democrat had this to say before Trump became enemy number one.

Those enter the country illegally … disrespect the rule of law. We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected and undocumented … showing disregard for those who are following the law.
