It’s decision time for the U.S. Supreme Court, with 29 opinions expected to be delivered from the SCOTUS justices this month. No major decisions yet on the potential overturn of Roe v. Wade, but there’s another case that could change everything.
The case includes the EPA’s authority, and it could drastically alter the far-left’s current strategy to use federal agencies to bypass Congress to pass laws.
If you thought the climate change war has damaged your life enough already through high gas prices and slowing American energy production, this next move could make matters far worse.
The concerning move would put climate change experts ahead of both Congress and the Constitution in a growing number of areas. That’s not good for Americans who actually enjoy the rights we have as citizens and continue to uphold the rule of law by the Constitution rather than through leftist government decisions.
But we may soon have less say over the matter unless the Supreme Court rules correctly. On the plus side, Trump helped put three conservatives on the court in four years.
On the negative side, the new conservatives haven’t always remained true to their conservative claims. It’s no longer an automatic conservative-liberal divide, as recent decisions have revealed. Check out the video and video out what else is at stake in the pending rulings from the nation’s highest court.
Scotus needs to stop this by ruling against it. The epa has grabbed too much power and needs to be stopped
