Many people have been wondering how crime could have ever gotten SO BAD in Washington, D.C., one of the wealthiest and most powerful cities in the country.
But a 30 second clip featuring the city’s police chief should help to eliminate any doubt!
Chief Pamela A. Smith was HUMILIATED when a reporter asked her a simple question which she SHOULD have known the answer to… but she has no clue what he was talking about.
President Donald Trump deployed National Guard troops and federalized the DC police to clean up the city, announcing that Attorney General Pam Bondi was “taking command” of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.
Following that news, the reporter asked the DC police chief, “Do you know what the chain of command is now?”
Smith looked dumbfounded, and responded, “What does that mean?”
You mean to tell me the CHIEF OF POLICE doesn’t know what a chain of command is? No wonder the city has such high crime rates.
But how is that even possible?
Well it turns out this “genius” police chief here was chosen for the role not because of her outstanding qualifications, but rather because she checked off all of the necessary boxes for liberal voters.
Smith only joined the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department in 2022 where she was originally hired as the CHIEF “EQUITY” OFFICER before being promoted to Police chief.
This is the sort of thing that happens when you let Democrats lead.
