New York’s new abortion law is possibly the most evil legislation to ever come from the United States government. Even the three-fifths compromise acknowledged the humanity of slaves. This legislation does not. It has unilaterally determined that a woman’s birth canal magically endows babies with humanity. In other words, New York has now made on-demand abortions available to all women at all stages of pregnancy. Medical validation is no longer required.
In a twisted way, we should almost thank Cuomo for supporting this bill. It is a final admission that the left really does want unlimited abortions in this country. They do not believe that babies are people, orr, if they do, they don’t care. Cuomo just declared from the top of the Empire State Building that liberals are every bit as evil as we already knew.
He sold out his cause, and he did it for an incredibly selfish reason. He wants to join the dozens of other Democratic candidates who will try to run against Trump. Somehow, he thinks that murdering babies is the key to winning his party’s support.
That, at least, is the surface motivation for Cuomo’s action. The truth is of course deeper and more nuanced. This video attempts to explain how a politician can justify purchasing political points with the blood of babies.
