It’s not safety, at least physically. Instead, Ukrainians are aware of Hunter Biden’s business plans in the nation, including connections with Joe in past years.
These were financial deals that occurred when Biden served as vice president under then-President Barack Obama. This issue needs to be investigated, but that’s the last thing Biden wants as a thorny November midterm election looms.
There’s a reason U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson can walk the streets of Kyiv with Zelensky and Biden cannot. He has little to do with safety and a lot to do with scandals.
Instead of heading to Ukraine, President Biden is content to stay home and announce the sending of more and more money to help. He’s sent $3 billion of taxpayer’s money so far to the most corrupt nation in Europe.
He’s remaining as far away from Ukraine as possible, knowing that any looking into his past with the nation would be more harm than good for his political future – and for his party as they face losses at the ballot box.
