The Hill gives us a new term to add to the modern vocabulary – Leftugees – people who leave blue states due to terrible Democrat policies for free states led by conservatives.
The channel is not a conservative outlet, so the surprising coverage of the trend is worth noting. Thousands of Americans are fleeing California, New York, Oregon, Washington and other leftist locations for Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Idaho, Montana and other conservative-led states where they can live without mandates and masks.
The housing market is helpful too. Yes, housing costs are up a ton. But a move to a conservative state is more likely to be more affordable than the other way around. Considering costs and taxes in California, about any conservative-led state offers a tremendous savings for those looking for a new place to live.
That’s part of what’s driving demand, leading people to buy homes without viewing them and paying far more than the appraised value, just to get a home without losing out. It’s crazy, but it’s also 2021 and Biden is in office, so what else should we expect?

Not seeing less people in California. It looks like more people here than ever. Except now they are living in tents, under tarps, in cardboard boxes etc. We know Nevada was sending their homeless to California with one-way bus passes and I don’t doubt other states are doing the same thing now. The amount of people on the streets here is mind-boggling. Of course the sh*thead governor newscum is welcoming illegal aliens with open arms and free money and letting us taxpayers eat the cost.
