The IRS has been trying to gain access to American’s bank records to ensure tax compliance, including going after relatives of a taxpayer who owes them money – and the Supreme Court is about to decide if it’s legal or not.
The nation’s highest court is expected to make the decision sometime this summer which could set the tone for exactly how tyrannical Biden’s new beefed up IRS will be allowed to be.
In the crucial case, Polselli v. IRS, the tax agency issued several bank summons to get financial records not only from Polselli – who reportedly owed them $2 million in back taxes – but also from his wife and the law firm that was representing him.
Even worse, the IRS did so without notifying any of the parties involved in any way – which Polselli’s camp is arguing SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!
They’re arguing that the federal tax agency should not be allowed to secretly spy on people’s bank records who don’t even owe them money.
But this becomes an even bigger issue when considering that the Democrats have weaponized the IRS to do their bidding.
If this case is decided in favor of the IRS it could give them free reign to go after ANYBODY’S BANK ACCOUNTS for whatever reason they see fit – including simply being a conservative.
A lot more rests on the decision of this case than you would think.
