Many Americans don’t realize that European Union leaders are trying to prolong the war in Ukraine as long as possible. They’re now actively trying to undermine the possibility of Donald Trump negotiating a peace agreement. Unfortunately, for the EU leaders, they got caught doing something naughty on the way back from their latest trip to Kiev.
Keir Starmer from the UK, Emmanuel Macron from France, and some German leader were yukking it up around a conference table on the train. They were having a great time until they realized that reporters had entered the room and their cameras were rolling.
That’s when the German guy suddenly puts his hands over the special spoon on the table to cover it up, and Macron puts his hand over a sizeable baggie of white powder, which he then hides behind his back.
Gee, what could have been in that baggie? Especially since they were on their way back from a meeting with the most notorious cokehead dictator of the 21st century, Volodymyr Zelenskyyyyyy? (How many ‘y’s does this guy have on the end of his name now? We’ve lost track.)
The French government insists that Macron was only hiding an unsightly napkin on the table. He’s a neat freak, ya know.
