The Biden administration is staffing the U.S. State Department with a high number of radicals, including its first stand-alone Chief Diversity and Inclusion officer, Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley.
Winstanley’s role in the State Department is to promote ‘equity’ and she has admitted to having introduced fundamental changes to the State Department’s hiring practices in an effort to achieve that.
With the help of Winstanley, the State Department released an “Equity Action Plan,” and in the same week, an email was sent out by a senior official within the department which describes the new direction that State Department hiring practices have taken.
The email states: “certain candidates could not be hired because they have a disability; they are white; they are straight white men; they are not of the right religion.”
The email makes it clear that thanks to Winstanley’s work, the department feels emboldened to discriminate against people they don’t agree with like Christian white males.
In another part of the email, the author states that over the past several months, a number of people have reported comments made by those responsible for hiring at the State Department stating that certain individuals could not be hired because of the aforementioned reasons.
While Winstanley claims these illegal hiring practices are “certainly” not happening, she also attempts to justify the woke shift by suggesting its actually ok because they’re “just comments” – arguing this doesn’t prove the State Department is actually discriminating.
