Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson Compares Black People to the Disabled

One of the most important Supreme Court cases in modern history was argued this week. The high court heard oral arguments in Louisiana vs. Callais, a voting rights case that could eliminate up to 19 Democrat-held House seats next year.

This case has the potential to reshape the House of Representatives and leave it in Republican control for years to come, if the Justices rule that Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional. Section 2 has been in place since 1964. That section of the law allows the Department of Justice to force red states to racially gerrymander districts to elect more Democrats.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson shocked court observers when she made a startling observation. She basically announced to everyone that she thinks black people are comparable to the disabled when it comes to voting.

Don’t get mad at us! We’re just repeating what she said!

Joe Biden said that the only qualification he looked at when choosing Jackson for the bench was her skin color and gender. Apparently, he meant it.

It’s hard to believe that Ketanji Brown Jackson is a Supreme Court Justice whenever she makes statements like this. You kind of have to hear it for yourself to understand the lack of judicial and constitutional knowledge this woman has.
