Supreme Court Grants Trump Admin a Win on his “Remain in Mexico” Immigration Policy

We elected President Trump to secure the border. He has fought through outrageous opposition from the left, but he somehow managed to stem the worst migration crisis in the history of our country.

He did it not a moment too soon. Now that Coronavirus is sweeping the globe, a little extra border security goes a long way. It’s a little hilarious to see the Democrats try to spin the new European travel ban into rhetoric of racism. They are so transparent.

The thing is, our borders came dangerously close to falling. This isn’t just referring to when the migrants were swarming the borders by the tens of thousands. President Trump’s remain in Mexico policy is what did the trick, and it was nearly destroyed in the courts.

A series of appeals pushed things to the brink, but the foresight of President Trump struck again. Knowing that the 9th Circuit would rule unconstitutionally, he prepared to lobby for an emergency ruling from the Supreme Court.

The move worked, and all but one Justice ruled in President Trump’s favor. When even extreme leftists Ruth Bader-Ginsburg says you’re wrong, you might have gone too far to the left. That one is for you, 9th Circuit.

The bottom line is that the borders remain secure (or as secure as they can be in the face of modern Democrats). What matters is where things head next. Tim Pool has the breakdown. While everyone else is worrying about viruses, you can watch this video and enjoy a little comfort in knowing that our borders are finally being protected.
