Some Towns are Using Coronavirus as Cover to Attack Gun Rights

Do you remember the fateful and tragic attacks of September 11, 2001? Do you remember how the nation responded? We were faced with a common enemy, and instantly, we were one people.

Politics was brushed aside. Bickering came to an end. Blood banks had to turn people away because they didn’t have the means to store all of the donations. For all that we can and do hate those attacks, the American response was genuinely beautiful.

Today, we’re again under attack again from a common enemy. It might not be a political enemy, but the virus is a threat to America as a whole.

We aren’t seeing as much unity though as we did after 9/11. Some groups of Americans are coming together, but the political left won’t budge. They are proving with absolute certainty that they would rather burn this country to the ground than compromise with a dirty Republican.

Here’s an example. In Champaign, IL, the mayor used a declaration of emergency to outlaw the sale of guns and ammunition. She outright banned firearms. Somehow, a spreading virus negates the 2nd Amendment as if it was never there.

This is an obvious violation of our laws, but in the midst of immense national distraction, she expects to get away with it.

If only this was the entire problem. It doesn’t stop with one town. It doesn’t stop with one violation of God-given rights. It is a perpetual, incessant attack on freedom and all that is right.

They. Will. Not. Stop.

Watch this video. The only chance we have is to stay informed and push back every time they do this garbage.
