Socialist Senator Bernier Sanders (I-VT) – the guy who claims rich folks are “evil” and argues that humans are “destroying the climate” – just gave the most insane justification for his own use of luxury private jets…
Last month, reports surfaced that Sanders has spent more than $200,000 to fly around the country on cushy private jets, which was hilarious because he was doing so in order to attend his anti-President Donald Trump and anti-capitalist “Fight Oligarchy” tour which focused on bashing the Trump admin while saying they’re just a bunch of “rich guys” who don’t care about the working class.
But when asked about hypocritical use of these private planes, Sanders responded by insinuating that he’s too “elite” to be expected to wait around in lines at airports like the rest of us peasants!
Fox News host Bret Baier pressed Sanders over the issue, “You’ve gotten criticized from other people, the Free Beacon says, Bernie Sanders spent $221,000 on private jets fighting the oligarchy tour paid for by Friends of Bernie Sanders, that you’ve spent millions of dollars in campaign funds on private jet travel over the years.”
He followed up, “How do you push back on both of those things?”
Sanders responded by asking “When’s the last time you saw Donald Trump during a campaign mode at National Airport?” – one of the dumbest comparisons ever.
“But he’s also not ‘fighting the oligarchy.’” Baier said, pointing out the hypocrisy.
Sanders then doubled down, saying, …”you think I’m going to be sitting on a waiting line at United waiting while 30,000 people are waiting?”
Yikes – Bernie Sanders just reminded us AGAIN that socialists like him want everyone to be equal… so long as they’re part of the elite ruling class!
