Sick! ANOTHER Democrat Caught Protecting Communist China

Democrats and the mainstream media have been very quick to protect Communist China and deflect blame for them in the coronavirus pandemic. Answering “why” is for another time but proving they do takes only a cursory look.

Take, for example, Rep. Katie Porter (D–CA). After Porter appeared on Fox News defending them, GOP National Spokesperson Elizabeth Harrington tweeted:

Democrat Rep. provides cover for communist China & WHO, says it’s just a “global phenomenon”

“Why is it so hard to say we should hold [China] responsible?”

“Because we currently in the US have the largest number of cases in the world.”

Great job spouting communist propaganda!

Harrington’s response illustrated what’s become a new Democrat talking point, one that Porter followed: a rush to defend Communist China and cast doubt on President Trump. Porter must have been reading from Beijing’s talking points because she told Fox News that China is “accurately reporting its COVID-19 death numbers.”

Newsweek mirrored the Democrat Rep. in its questioning of President Trump and repeating almost verbatim the official Beijing line.

Newsweek also took issue with Republican Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska in his assertion that “the Chinese Communist Party has lied, is lying, and will continue to lie about coronavirus to protect the regime.”
