It’s no secret that the GOP didn’t live up to the expectations it had for the midterm elections, and while the media has desperately been trying to scapegoat Donald Trump, a closer look reveals that the RINO leadership in charge of the party may actually be at fault – which is why Senator Ted Cruz warns it’s so dangerous to keep them in power.
Roughly 70% – a clearcut majority – of Americans believe the country is headed in the wrong direction under Democrat leadership. Inflation is out of control and many Americans are struggling just to feed their families.
With all of that, the GOP still could not take control over the Senate, which according Cruz, suggests something needs to change.
“Our current leadership thinks it’s a good idea to facilitate the destruction that chuck Schumer and the Democrats are doing. I don’t think our voters want that,” Cruz said, attacking Sen. Mitch McConnell who he says is responsible for the GOP’s failures in the Senate.
The Texas senator continued, “Personally, I think it would be insane, it would be nuts for us to have leadership elections now and simply reelect the exact same leadership.”
Cruz is calling for an overhaul to the party’s leadership which has shown a willingness to bend over backwards to make life easier for the Democrats and their dangerous agenda.
