Secretary of State Anthony Blinken went in front of Congress this week to answer questions about why the troop pull out from Afghanistan went so poorly—and why there are still hundreds—if not thousands—of Americans still trapped in the country by the Taliba.
While Blinken bobbed and weaved around taking any responsibility for the stranded Americans, one Republican Congressman got him to admit something very interesting about Hunter Biden, the President’s son.
Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) hit Secretary Blinken with a number of Hunter Biden questions despite the topic of the hearing being Afghanistan. He asked repeatedly whether he’s been interviewed by the FBI in regards to the investigation and whether he’s had to turn over any documents.
Blinken was completely flustered and stuttered in every answer he gave. He tried his best to not answer anything related to Hunter Biden, but his answers made it crystal clear that the FBI is in fact investigating the President’s son. It was a very revealing moment that showed the State Department is far more connected with the Hunter Biden issue than publicly known.
The questions addressed Hunter Biden’s work internationally as well as at Blue State Strategies Corporation. At one point, Perry was reminded the hearing was about Afghanistan.
His answer? “I appreciate it, Mr. Chairman, but Secretary General refuses to answer questions about Afghanistan so I just figured we’d talk about something you should be intimately familiar with.”

An FBI investigation ? For what purpose? To what end? From what we’ve seen recently about the quality and integrity of recent investigations into govt officials’ actions and the actions of others with influence over them, including family members, what should we expect? I would like to say the investigation will be vigorous, seeking to protect the rights of American citizens as defined in the Constitution and uphold the Rule of Law without deference to political party affiliation or financial gain. Unfortunately, over the past 5 years, I have little to no evidence the FBI can do its job as most Americans expect – honestly, truthfully, and honorably. This investigation may yield evidence about Hunter Biden wrongdoing, but it will likely be hidden from public view as part of the Bureau leadership’s desire to protect the Biden Administration (aka the “Biden Socialist Regime”).
I do not think they are doing any investigation. And if they are it is to try to cover or destroy as much evidence as possible. Three years go very fast and who ever the incoming president will be,which will be a republican. That will be one of his or hers top priority to follow-up.
