The Supreme Court just delivered a massive blow to the Biden regime’s efforts to persecute Trump supporters – and AG Merrick Garland is NOT happy about it.
SCOTUS overturned the weaponized Justice Department’s use of a statute known as 1512(c)(2), which the DOJ used to claim that the J6ers attempted to “obstruct an official proceeding.”
This statute was used to wrongfully – and UNLAWFULLY – prosecute 350+ Americans for the crime of PEACEFULLY protesting the results of the stolen 2020 election.
Not only is the SCOTUS ruling a major win for those victims of the Biden regime’s tyranny, but it’s also a win for Donald Trump himself who is being prosecuted by the Biden DOJ through the use of this statute.
The court ruled that despite the DOJ’s efforts to claim that these protesters somehow impaired the official proceedings they failed to actually establish any proof.
But of course, Democrat attack-dog AG Merrick Garland is NOT happy about the prospect of letting these innocent protesters go free.
Garland claimed that J6 was an “unprecedented attack on the cornerstone of our system of government” using the usual liberal buzzwords to effectively say that the protesters need to be punished to make an example out of them.
He added that he is “disappointed” by the SCOTUS decision and with more than 1,400 total defendants in total, he will make the rest of them PAY for what SCOTUS did to help the 350 who were affected by this statute.
Garland is promising to get revenge.
