“Safest Restaurant in the Country” has All Waitresses Open Carry

A little reported fact in the media is that women are arming themselves more now that ever. The latest Crime Prevention Research Center report shows that concealed carry permits for women grew 111 percent faster than for men between 2012 and 2018.

Target Masters General Manager Joe Gilbert told 13KRCG of New Bloomfield, MO women shooters are the fastest growing demographic in his store. He added, “Women want to carry, so there’s a lot of growth in that area and it’s kind of exciting.”

For decades, the firearms industry focused on men and wasn’t that welcoming to women. But Gilbert says that has changed. He said, “There’s a lot more respect toward the women. There are a lot more products dedicated and designed specifically for women. There are a few thought leaders when it comes to education for women.”

Gilbert said that women are carrying in increasing numbers because you can’t put a price on your family’s life. “When you think about the things going on,” he said, “it’s one of these things where we feel good when someone feels confident.”

Dr. Vanessa K. told reporters though she was afraid of loud noises, her desire to protect herself and her family outweighed everything else.

Watch the video as Lauren Boebert, owner of Shooters Grill in Rifle, CO, tells Breitbart News why requiring her and all her waitresses to open carry grants them the title of safest restaurant in the country.
