Is it okay if we borrow a couple of quotes from the main congressional Russia hoaxer, Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA)? There is “more than circumstantial evidence” that Schiff may have allegedly committed mortgage fraud in two states. Some of that evidence is “sitting right in plain sight!”
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice against Schiff last month. The agency has accused Schiff of falsifying mortgage documents in Maryland and California in order to secure more favorable loan terms on both properties.
It has now been confirmed that the DOJ has launched an official criminal investigation into Schiff. It couldn’t happen to a nicer person!
Schiff and his wife own a home in Maryland, close to DC. The Russia hoaxer affirmed on his loan documents that this house is his primary residence.
Meanwhile, Schiff owns a condo in his district in Burbank, CA. He affirmed on the loan documents that this home is also his primary residence.
This isn’t speculation. The documents have been publicly released and they both bear Schiff’s signature. The only reason to do something like that is to secure better loan terms on properties in both states, which is known referred to with the technical term, “mortgage fraud.”
Since this is a federal case, Schiff could potentially face up to 30 years in prison and have both his homes seized by the government if he’s convicted.
