Minnesota Democrats flushed over a billion dollars down the daycare drain, and somehow nobody noticed — until a 23-year-old YouTuber walked in with a camera and exposed the whole thing. While Governor Tim Walz was busy virtue-signaling and playing the race card, Nick Shirley was out pounding the pavement and uncovering what looks like one of the biggest taxpayer scams in state history.
In his viral video, Shirley poses as a parent looking for childcare. What he finds instead are empty lots, locked doors, and signs like “Quality Learing Center” — yes, “Learing,” because apparently spelling isn’t a requirement when you’re pocketing government cash. These so-called daycare centers were licensed, funded, and supposedly operating. But when Shirley knocked, nobody answered — except to yell at him to stop filming.
These ghost centers raked in millions of dollars, and nobody thought to check if there were actually any kids inside. Why? Because state officials were too scared of being called racist to do their jobs. Instead of oversight, we got cowardice. And while honest taxpayers were out working, scammers were living it up with luxury cars, giant houses, and overseas wire transfers.
This isn’t just one bad apple — this is systemic fraud that’s been going on for years, and the only reason we know about it is because a YouTuber with a microphone and a backbone decided to go where the mainstream media wouldn’t.
The shamelessness is off the charts. Minnesota’s leadership either didn’t notice a billion-dollar heist happening under their noses — or worse, they didn’t care. Now, over 70 people have been charged, and more are on the way. But there’s still no word on how this much money vanished without anyone in power raising the alarm.
