Podcaster Joe Rogan isn’t the type to stay quiet when his name gets dragged through the mud—especially when it’s tied to one of the most disgusting scandals in modern history. This week, Rogan hit back after his name popped up in the newly unsealed Epstein files. And no, he wasn’t on the flight logs or guest list to Epstein Island. But that didn’t stop the liberal mob from trying to twist it into something dirty.
Here’s what actually happened: A former guest of his podcast emailed Rogan asking if he’d meet with Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was apparently a fan of his. Rogan’s response? “Bitch, are you high?”
LOL. Rogan said the visit never would have happened. It took him all of two seconds to realize Epstein was trouble and not someone he wanted to be associated with.
“I’m in the files for not going because Jeffrey Epstein was trying to meet with me,” Rogan told actress Cheryl Hines, wife of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. “It’s like, it’s not even a possibility that I would’ve ever went, especially after I Googled him.”
This email exchange all happened in 2017, nearly a decade after the financier’s conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution.
The former guest, Lawrence Krauss, a Canadian theoretical physicist, was apparently friends with Jeffrey Epstein. In September of 2017 Krauss got an email from Epstein asking for him to arrange a meet up between the podcaster and himself. Krauss agreed and emailed Rogan telling him Epstein thought the podcaster was “funny” and asking for a time the three could get together.
Rogan said a quick Google search told him all he needed to know about the disgraced financier. He knew immediately he didn’t want to meet up with him despite Epstein being very wealthy and having a lot of friends in positions of power.
Rogan went on to explain how he’s never been “interested in sucking up to the rich and powerful.” And so he told Krauss and Epstein to pound sand.
That’s actually pretty inspiring. While it seems everyone else was having lunch with Epstein and spending time on his Island, Rogan stood up and said that Epstein wasn’t someone he wanted in his orbit–the money and the power didn’t matter to him. That’s more than a lot of people did.
On his podcast, he slammed the media for stirring the pot and trying to smear him by spinning some sordid tale. “I’ve never met Epstein, never been to his island, never been on his plane,” Rogan said bluntly. “They’re just throwing names out there to see what sticks.”
This isn’t about seeking justice. It’s about creating headlines. The same media that covered for Epstein and his powerful Democrat buddies for decades is now pretending to care. Where was this outrage when Bill Clinton was making regular trips on the Lolita Express? Or when Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of trafficking minors to—well, apparently no one, according to the media silence.
Let’s be real: The Epstein scandal is a massive black eye for Democrats and Hollywood. And now they’re desperate to deflect. Smearing Rogan (and President Trump) is just the latest cheap trick.
