“Rico Is Not a Crime!” AOC Loses It While Defending Biden – Exposes How Braindead She Is

Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez got into a heated exchange with Biden family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski as she desperately tried to defend crooked Joe Biden and it’s safe to say it didn’t exactly go as planned.

Bobulinski was being questioned on Capitol Hill as part of the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden when AOC hit him with what she THOUGHT would be a top-tier “gotcha” question.

“I have a quick question. Simple. Is it your testimony today that you personally witnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime?” she asked Bobulinski.

“I believe the fact that he was sitting with me while I was putting together,” he started out before AOC shouted him down and cut him off – “Did you witness the president commit a crime? Is it your testimony today?” She pressed.

“Yes,” Bobulinski answered resolutely before adding, “How much time do I have to go through it? Corruption statues, RICO, and conspiracy, FARA,” he said.

That’s when the AOC meltdown began.

“Excuse me, sir! Excuse me, sir! RICO is not a crime; it is a category!” The delusional leftist rep. yelled.

Bobulinski was visibly shocked that AOC – a sitting congresswoman – would make such an incredibly MORONIC statement and said, “You’re obviously not familiar with RICO.”

As the exchange continued it was evident that AOC was completely embarrassed and eventually she started yelling “Sir, I reclaim my time!” just to get Bobulinski to stop talking.

Since according RICO is not a crime, according to AOC, then Fani Willis and the RICO case against Trump in Georgia should be completely thrown out!
