The Republicans desperately need a hero. Sure, we have President Trump, and he’s been amazing. But, the Republican Party has still largely kept him at arm’s length. Congress has done virtually nothing to help the President.
The closest thing we’ve seen to a true ally is Attorney General Bill Barr, and we’re all hopeful that he’ll finally reveal some of these conspiracies that have been poisoning our country. None of that changes the fact that we need a hero.
Enter Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan. If you have watched any of the impeachment hearings, it has been painful. A bunch of Representatives stand around and grandstand while ‘witnesses’ talk about rumors they heard from people far-removed from anything that actually happened.
It’s a gross joke, and the worst part is that everyone involved is incompetent. Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff might be running the show, but he fumbles everything along the way.
In the midst of this disaster, we have Representative Jim Jordan. He’s the ringer for the Republicans. His questions are sharp and laser focused. He’s eloquent, direct and cutting through all of the B.S. to a degree no one imagined. And, in his rare competence, he has completely destroyed the entire impeachment argument.
This is something you need to see firsthand. This is what we’ve desperately wanted from Republicans in Congress for roughly three years. It might be delayed gratification, but you should allow yourself to enjoy the contents of this video.
