Remember when Don Lemon Questioned Kamala Harris’ Race?

Kamala Harris has seen a huge jump in the polls since the first Democratic debate. She got a lot of speaking time, and policy aside, she did a good job of attacking her fellow candidates. She’s still very far away from taking the lead, but her surge has been noticed. She very suddenly has a giant target on her back.

It’s sad, but it’s also a little amusing. The left loves to cannibalize itself, and that’s happening with Harris now. Since Democrats value race and identity over ideas and character, the question of the day is whether or not Kamala is black enough to represent the party. Seriously.

Even Don Lemon is participating. In fact, it’s the subject of this video.

“Jamaica is not America.” Listen to Lemon repeat that again and again. Clearly, he doesn’t know basic geography. Jamaica is clearly a part of the American continental system. Saying that Jamaican’s aren’t American or that Africans weren’t forcibly relocated to the island is factually wrong. It feels weird to stand up for Kamala Harris, but she is, technically speaking, African American if her lineage stems from Jamaica.

Still, the technical definitions aren’t what matter here. What’s important is that Lemon is perfectly representing the left. The identity politics is so much more important than anything of substance that being born in the wrong place is a crime. In this video, Don Lemon is being completely racist. You have to see it for yourself.
