President Doanld Trump and his administration are making every effort to clean up the streets of America – but the radical activist judges REFUSE To let that happen!
On Wednesday of this week, Judge James E. Boasberg – the infamous Obama judge who has effectively declared war on the Trump admin – ordered Trump to jump through an extra set out RIDICULOUS hoops in order to deport some known Venezuelan gang bangers.
In a 69-page opinion, Boasberg criticized the Trump admin and forced him to allow for gang members to challenge their own deportations… despite having entered this country illegally.
Boasberg ruled that the Trump administration “must facilitate the [Venezuelans’] ability to seek habeas relief to contest their removal under the Act,” and would likely have to return to the US.
“Perhaps the president lawfully invoked the Alien Enemies Act,” Judge Boasberg wrote in the opinion. “Perhaps, moreover, defendants are correct that plaintiffs are gang members. But – and this is the critical point – there is simply no way to know for sure, as the CECOT plaintiffs never had any opportunity to challenge the government’s say-so.”
Boasberg and other radical judges have been trying to HIJACK the presidency and enough is enough! When are we going to stop letting rogue judges dictate what the President of the United States is allowed to do?!
