It’s a sad fact that after George Floyd died over Memorial Day Weekend, the entire country was actually willing to listen to Black Lives Matter for a while. The left wanted to have a “conversation” with the rest of America about police brutality, no-knock raids, and the sometimes seemingly different treatment of black suspects by law enforcement. And the rest of America was willing to listen!
The Democrats really could have steamrolled us during those moments. Because before we had all of the facts in the George Floyd case (he died of a drug OD on fentanyl), we were ready to talk and listen.
But oh, no, no, no, nooooo!
The Democrats have never cared about black Americans and they didn’t really want a “conversation” or actual reforms that might help the black community. The Democrats WANTED riots, mass protests and violence across the country.
There’s a presidential election to win this year, so for the Democrats, black lives pale in comparison to all of that sweet, sweet power that they would like to wield over all of our necks. They could have literally asked for the sun, the moon and the stars and we probably would have willingly given it to them.
But then they had to go and stir up their low-info base and deliver pallets of bricks outside of government buildings, and send in their professional agitators to break windows and encourage everyone to steal and burn things. Nice going, Democrats. All you had to do was NOT BE CRAZY, but you failed to pull it off again.
