President Donald Trump is suing CBS and its parent company Paramount Global for election interference over the deceptively edited ‘60 Minutes’ interview with Kamala Harris from last fall. Trump is asking for $20 billion and the lawsuit is being allowed to move forward to the discovery phase.
Kamala Harris was too drunk or too stupid (the age-old argument) to put together coherent answers to many of the questions in that interview. So, CBS News helped her out by splicing together answers from different questions to make it appear like Harris was not mentally incompetent.
It was deceptive and it was obvious election interference. The liberal fake news Enemy of the People media put its finger on the scale to try to impact the outcome of the 2024 election.
This is nothing new for the media, of course. They did the same thing in 2020 when they suppressed information about the Biden crime family’s overseas bribery schemes, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and other treasonous felonies committed on Hunter Biden’s “Laptop from Hell.”
In fact, 60 Minutes did the same sort of deceptive editing during a Trump interview in 2020. Many people have forgotten about this, but Trump’s team made their own recording of that interview as evidence of CBS News’ malicious editing. Check it out:
