Pete Buttigieg might be the craftiest person on the Democratic stage right now. You have most of the field tripping over themselves to try and be the most radical. Elizabeth Warren promises to fix America’s healthcare if only we confiscate the wealth of every rich person in the country…and then some. Andrew Yang wants us all to live in steel containers to teach us some humility. Bernie Sanders promises to give everyone free everything. And, you have Joe Biden blundering and making gaffes so often people wonder if he’s senile.
In the midst of all of that, Pete Buttigieg somehow manages to court the progressives while maintaining that he is some kind of moderate.
That’s what makes him dangerous. He’s as crazy and deranged as the rest of the liberal extremists, but he hides behind a gentle demeanor. Unless you really pay attention, you won’t recognize the insanity for what it really is.
This can help. Buttigieg is a racist. In fact, he’s an extreme racist, and not just the anti-white liberal kind. He’ll pander to the crowds and condemn whiteness, but in practice, he has worked harder than most to harm minorities under his jurisdiction. People of color in Indiana hate Buttigieg, and they have some good reasons for that hatred. His policies have not been good to minorities.
