Pentagon EXPOSES Media’s Lies, Fights Back Against Smear Campaign

President Donald Trump’s new Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth is well aware of how truly dangerous the fake news media can be, so he has unveiled a masterful new strategy to expose their lies and make sure the American people know the truth about what’s really happening at the Pentagon.

Hegseth said that Trump’s DOD is dedicated to being as transparent as possible with the American people but the fake news media is doing everything they can to disrupt that.

He states that the legacy media has been deliberately misrepresenting the decisions being made by this new and improved Pentagon, either to push their own agenda or because they’re just too lazy to understand the real implications of what they were reporting on.

To counter that, Hegseth’s Pentagon will be issuing filmed fact-checks to counter the media’s blatant lies.

In the first such video, Hegseth issued 3 key fact-checks.

The first is DOGE… With DOGE, we’re focusing as much as we can on headquarters, and fat, and redundancies, and top-line stuff that allows us to reinvest elsewhere.”

He said that the DOD has welcomed DOGE to find “inefficiencies” and different ways to save taxpayer dollars being blown by the department, but that the media has somehow distorted this into a bad thing.

The second fact-check, he says, has to do with the Pentagon’s budget. Hegseth pointed out that the media has been framing it as though the Trump administration is slashing through the Pentagon’s budget, leaving America less safe as a result – which is a flat-out lie.

He adds that their primary focus is reworking the EXISTING budget to make sure the money is going towards things that ACTUALLY make our military stronger and help them better protect Americans, instead of wasting our defense spending on radical-left-wing agenda items.

The media wants to call these exclusive cuts, but it’s the opposite, of course, as always is the case…We will move away from woke Biden era nonlethal programs, and instead spend that money on President Trump’s America first peace through strength priorities for our national budget.”

Hegseth and the Trump admin are REFUSING to let the legacy media control the narrative like they did during his first term.
