Let’s put politics aside for a moment. Have you ever really listened to Nancy Pelosi speak? Not the contents of her words, but the way she says them. It’s beyond grating. There’s nails on a chalkboard, and then there’s Nancy Pelosi speaking.
It seems harsh to go after her speech like this. After all, it’s largely a product of her age. Then again, if we can’t get term limits, then maybe we should at least consider mandatory retirement in Congress.
It’s also ironic. Democrats are always going on about how much they hate old white men. Then, they turn around and elect a bunch of old, white men to run their party. Sure, Pelosi is a white woman, but she fits in with the club. When you put her in a room with Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden, they probably argue about who met Karl Marx first.
It’s a miracle any of these people are still campaigning. After President Trump showed us that a high-energy campaign is the best way to go, you might think that the geriatric club of the DNC would consider retirement. Instead, they’re going to torture our country with bad policy for as long as possible.
Sometimes, Democrats being Democrats is funny or entertaining. This video is more of a mixed bag. It’s closer to a train wreck that you can’t stop watching. Regardless, it’s a quality video, so enjoy seeing crusty, old Democrats prove to us all that they can’t hack it anymore.
