Outrageous! Obama Lawyers Put in Charge of Fixing FISA Court

Presiding FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer announced in December that she was stepping down from the FISA court early because of “health issues.” Writing, “You can’t make this up,” Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit now reports that Chief Justice Roberts has appointed a former Obama appointee as her replacement.

Republican Rep. Devin Nunes of California responded to that decision on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo saying, “So the fact that of all the people in the swamp… this is the guy that you come up with? A guy that is accusing me of federal crimes. A guy that was defending dirty cops at the FBI. That’s why I said it last night in a tweet, the court must be trying to abolish itself.”

David Kris, the new presiding FISA judge, and anti-Trump activist who has written several articles filled with lies about both the President and Nunes. Hoft observed, “And HE was picked to clean up the FISA process! This is UNBELIEVABLE!”

Garry Franchi of Next News Network couldn’t contain his disgust this week, as he revealed in several reports the depth of corruption that exists in the Washington establishment.

Nunes says the problem is so pervasive that “Republicans and conservatives” say “there is something wrong with the FBI” and the court’s response to that is “not acceptable.”
