Ocasio-Cortez Takes a “Self-Care” Break…Before She Even Starts Work

Incoming Democrat Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been making plenty of headlines since unseating a long-standing and influential Democrat in the mid-term primaries. Unfortunately, the vast majority of her newsworthy quotes and policy positions play like an episode of America’s stupidest home videos.

With her constant faux pas and lack of knowledge about economics, foreign policy and bizarre ideas about government, the upstart appears overwhelmed and ready for a break. But the problem is that she hasn’t even started her Washington, D.C., job yet.

In this news report, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. Vowing that “socialism will win,” she is bringing her revolution to the national level. Well, maybe not quite yet. In a recent Twitter post, the New York socialist appears to have run out of gas. It’s hard to tell whether she has game day jitters, is a procrastinator or just isn’t up to the job.

In a bizarre post, the Congresswoman discusses the stress caused by “self-care shaming.” If you are a hard-working American who has no idea what she is talking about, you are not alone. A three-panel Fox News discussion covers Ocasio-Cortez’ weird idea that exfoliating face masks are somehow political.

While the socialist has all kinds of whacky policy ideas, we may not get to see her offer them up when Congress starts up. Apparently, she needs a vacation, self-care and a facial.
