Obama Attacks the Press

Ex-Pres. Barack Obama has resurfaced to hurl derogatory allegations against the Trump Administration, many of which should prompt him to take a long look in the mirror.

Under the 44th President, the conservative media was roundly targeted as the Obama Administration conducted inappropriate and illegal targeting. Under the direction of Obama, the Department of Justice covertly surveilled journalists for doing their job. With liberal judges ready to hand Obama warrants to monitor and subpoenas to lift phone records, the previous administration waged a war on news reporting.

On this One America News Network exclusive, Alex Salvi points out that only 13 people in U.S. history have ever been prosecuted under the Espionage Acts over government leaks. Eight were indicted by the Obama Administration.

During his presidency, Obama spokespeople went as far as to say that they applied a measured and balanced approach to the public having access to government information. However, incensed journalists pointed out that Obama indicted double the amount by all of the presidents in American history combined!

Measured? Balanced? Maybe in the left’s distorted worldview. During the Obama years, journalists were being indicted for felonies because they reported leaks coming out of the White House.

These days, Obama wants everyday Americans to believe he and his fellow Democrats are champions of the free press and deserve the moral high ground. On this One America News report, find out why nothing could be further from the truth!
