Under the direction of Obama, the Department of Justice covertly surveilled journalists for doing their job. With liberal judges ready to hand Obama warrants to monitor and subpoenas to lift phone records, the previous administration waged a war on news reporting.

During his presidency, Obama spokespeople went as far as to say that they applied a measured and balanced approach to the public having access to government information. Measured? Balanced? Maybe in the left’s distorted worldview. During the Obama years, journalists were being indicted for felonies because they reported leaks coming out of the White House.
