The trial of disgraced South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh has certainly grabbed the nation’s attention and it’s being labeled as the “trial of the century.”
Murdaugh was sentenced to life in prison for the double murder of his wife and son and the case seems to have caught the attention of another individual who is no stranger to being accused of murder – O.J. SIMPSON!
Simpson reacted to the case in a Twitter video – saying that people seem to think he’s an expert on this kind of thing!
O.J. notes that Murdaugh made a serious mistake when he decided to go under oath and testify and he could be right.
During his testimony Murdaugh’s credibility TANKED after he admitted to lying to police on SEVERAL occasions – blaming his long-term drug problem which had made him insanely paranoid.
“I did lie to them,” he said. “I wasn’t thinking clearly. I don’t think I was capable of reason, and I lied about being down there, and I’m so sorry that I did.”
Murdaugh is believed to have murdered his wife and son in order to win sympathy after being caught embezzling MILLIONS from his former law firm.
As O.J. points out, Murdaugh was looking for sympathy again while on the stand.
A weeping Murdaugh emphatically denied killing his wife and son. “I didn’t shoot my wife or my son, anytime, ever,” he said.
Clearly that didn’t work out too well for him as he was convicted of murdering both of them and subsequently sentenced to life in prison!

Simpson is the one guy that got away with murder,
am really surprised he is still alive, also thought is pure justice
from above when his own lawyer suddenly died after his trial
