O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) has done it again!
Under President Donald Trump, one of the things the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been tasked with is helping federal agencies put an end to the funding of DEI-related projects.
An undercover reporter working for OMG has uncovered a rogue NIH official telling researchers EXACTLY how they can get skirt President Trump’s orders and get away with securing more funding for whatever woke research projects they have.
The NIH employee is James Welch, who works as a “genetic counselor” for the agency. In the video, he told the undercover OMG journalist that he spends much of his time helping researchers alter their applications to evade DOGE.
Welch said that he was using a leaked list of words that DOGE has been searching for to coach the researchers on how to change the applications.
“I had to go look at, like, what was leaked as far as the banned words, that DOGE is just like, control F searching for so I was trying to help [NIH investigator] suggest wording. I had suggested, like, ‘a history of ancestry’ instead of ‘race,’ Welch admitted.
It doesn’t matter how much fraud and waste DOGE uncovers in our government so long as we still have crooked bureaucrats like this guy who are doing everything in their power to make sure the grift continues.
Unless we TRULY clean house at the federal agencies, this is going to keep happening.
