As you are painfully aware, tyrannical governors and mayors around the country have been flexing their authoritarian muscles. Most of them seem to really enjoy dictating American life as acutely as they can. In their jolly state, these politicians have largely agreed to ban commerce. They’ve banned any amount of social gathering, and many of them have banned access to outdoor recreational areas. Parks around the country are closed.
That last one is of particular note. The politicians tell us that we can’t go to parks, on hikes, to beaches or otherwise spend time outside. Doing so would put us at risk. They’re keeping us locked in our homes for our own good.
This is the claim, despite the fact that we have known all along that ultraviolet light kills COVID-19. It’s why hospitals use UV lights to sanitize equipment. You know what has tons of UV light? The sun.
