This is important. Liberals actually believe that they are superior to conservatives. They believe that they are more educated, hold to higher morals and live better lives that any conservative. You can’t just roll your eyes at this. It’s vital to understand the motivations of liberals. Many of them really believe the idea that their policies will bring more peace and prosperity to the world.
You need to understand that they believe this if you want to have any hope of overcoming that belief. Here’s an example. You probably know that conservatives, on average, give way more to charities than liberals do. Liberals, however, are completely oblivious to that fact. Whenever you share this information — if you can get past the skepticism — it tends to hurt their heads. How can evil, racist conservatives be generous?
This concept runs quite a bit deeper. A news study was released that shows that giving to charity is only part of the equation. By any meaningful metric, conservatives are living better lives than liberals. Conservatives are happier and more satisfied.
