During President Donald Trump’s first term, the liberal mainstream media CONSTANTLY told us that we were “not respected abroad.” They told us that with him as our president, we were viewed as a “laughingstock” – even by our NATO allies.
But after a recent exchange at the NATO summit in the Netherlands, it’s safe to say that, like virtually everything the media has said about Donald Trump, THIS WAS A LIE!
In fact, during a sit-down between Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, it became VERY clear that NATO leaders actually LOVE President Trump.
Rutte heaped seemingly endless amount of praise onto Trump, at one point even calling him “daddy.”
“You are a man of strength, but you’re also a man of peace, and the fact that you are now also successful in getting this ceasefire done between Israel and Iran, I really want to commend you for that,” Rutte said to Trump.
The NATO chief continued, thanking Trump for forcing other mention nations to pay their fair share towards defense, saying that it would have NEVER happened had it not been for his 2016 victory.
Later on, President Trump was referring to Israel and Iran as “two kids fighting in a schoolyard.”
“They’re not going to be fighting each other. They’ve had it, they’ve had a big fight, like two kids in a schoolyard, you know, they fight like hell, you can’t stop them, let them fight for about two, three minutes, then it’s easy to stop them,” Trump said.
At this point, Rutte chiming in with the part of the conversation that made all of the headlines saying, “Then daddy has to sometimes use strong language,” referring to Trump, who recently said that the two warring nations “didn’t know what the fu*k they were doing” after they briefly broke the ceasefire agreement.
“You have to use strong language,” Trump acknowledged, adding, “Everyone’s talking about you have to use a certain word…to get the point across.”
NATO is thanking and praising Trump… but the media expects us to believe they don’t respect him? Likely story!
