Nancy Pelosi’s Face Spasms as She Says Republicans are ‘Afraid’ of Her

What scares you most? Is it snakes and spiders, or are your dreads more existential? Do you worry about warring states, hurricanes or earthquakes? Do you fear the encroaching moral decay of a society long removed from its Christian roots? There’s a lot to fear out there in the world, and politicians love to base their campaigns around those fears rather than on constructive policy and issues.

The left’s biggest fear is losing power. Note that they aren’t afraid of the consequences of losing power, only the change itself. Most of them acknowledge that the right has proven better stewards of the economy, less prone to senseless war and violence, and just generally better at governing. The left is just afraid that they can’t dictate their flavor-of-the-month ideology if they don’t control our government.

On the right, the leading fear is the rise of socialism. We’ve seen it happen to so many good places and people over the past hundred years, and the inevitable suffering has told the same story every time. It’s a genuine fear, and not something to be taken lightly.

So, when you watch this clip of Nancy Pelosi enjoying the idea of Republicans fearing her, ask yourself a serious question. Do you fear having her in charge? You might be tempted to act out of spite or courage and say no, but really consider her policy. Does she frighten you? Watch this video and contemplate the stakes.
