When was the last time you heard something even remotely rational from the Democrats? It was probably when they mostly backed Bush to go after Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan. That was quite some time ago. Since then, it’s been nothing but nonsense. Let’s review just a few of their greatest hits.
They have now fully admitted that they want totally open borders. USA Today published a piece calling for the complete abolishment of U.S. borders. That goes hand in hand with their calls for the legalization of all drugs, the abolishment of ICE and the destruction of the FDA. Then again, open borders might not be so destructive if they succeeded in enacting their desired 90-percent tax rate. Who would want to move such a country?
This is all on top of the mathematically-impossible-to-fund demands for free college and health care for all. Oh yeah, and they want a universal basic income. There was a time when Democrats hid behind some semblance of moderatism. Those days are long gone.
Perhaps Trump’s greatest trick is that he has somehow managed to get the left to admit their deranged desires. And, it’s not just fringe members of the party. In this video, you can hear blatant insanity come from the lips of Nancy Pelosi. If she isn’t a mainstream Democrat, who is? Take a look.
