Melania Trump Responds to Vanity Fair saying She Didn’t Want to be First Lady

The usually demur wife of the President, Melania Trump is fighting back over a hit piece in Vanity Fair.

The Western Journal reports that a FLOTUS’ spokesperson said to CNN:

Once again part of the liberal media has written a story riddled with unnamed sources and false assertions … As a magazine tailored to women it is shameful that they continue to write salacious and false stories meant to demean Mrs. Trump, rather than focus on her positive work as first lady and as a supportive wife and mother. As has been stated on the record many times before, she is honored by her role.

The President came to his wife’s defense when he tweeted:

Melania, our great and very hard working First Lady, who truly loves what she is doing, always thought that “if you run, you will win.” She would tell everyone that, “no doubt, he will win.” I also felt I would win (or I would not have run) – and Country is doing great!

Watch the video and see how Vanity Fair cited an “anonymous” friend who said the first lady didn’t want to assume the role of first lady “come hell or high water.” According to Ellison, yet another unnamed friend told her that Melania and Donald Trump “live essentially separate lives.”

This brief video is a great tool to use in showing others just how deceptive most publications are.
