Marketing Company Disqualifies Snowflakes in New Hiring Test

How fast does a snowflake melt?

A man named Kyle Reyes who runs a company called The Silent Partner Marketing knows the answer is pretty quickly! Reyes is a no-nonsense CEO whose marketing strategy firm helps businesses expand their scope and influence. He recently made a video for potential applicants to his company that went viral for its take on the spoiled, entitled and often clueless approaches of the “snowflakes” who graduate from many of our nation’s top colleges and universities.

These hapless candidates for his organization’s positions (and really, many of today’s company roles) have all too often brought weak motivation and whiny complaints along to job interviews at his business. They’ve made an impression on Reyes that convinced him there needs to be a sea change in the way young people look at work and responsibility. Petulant attitudes that are nothing but selfish fault-finding and mopey odes to “victim culture” are shown the door.

Reyes also asks applicants about their views on policing, guns, first responders to disasters and patriotism. Judging from the success of his video (it’s garnered more than five million views on YouTube), Reyes has made quite the impression on young people, who are now inquiring about jobs in his company in droves.

Watch as the gang at Fox & Friends talks to Reyes about his methods and who he thinks are the perfect candidates to work at his firm.
