Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has just tossed out a number of charges against Donald Trump in Georgia’s “election inference” case targeting the former president.
McAfee dropped six charges in the case, saying that they fail to provide “sufficient detail,” essentially noting that they are intentionally too vague to allow the defendants to “prepare their defenses intelligently.”
He went on to say that the charges were “so generic” that it was obvious he had to side with the defendants.
With three of the dropped charges being in Donald Trump’s name, the Republican presidential candidate now has to fight off just 10 more politically motivated charges in the state of Georgia.
Notably, the judge’s decision to squash these charges comes BEFORE he rules on whether or not DA Fani Willis will be allowed to remain as lead prosecutor in the case given all of the evidence presented against her to suggest that she is guilty of serious misconduct in the case.
The evidence against Willis showed that he had hired her secret lover Nathan Wade as a fellow prosecutor in the case, paying him hundreds of thousands in taxpayer money and then benefiting from that money by going on luxurious vacations with him.
Willis’ office is also said to have been coordinating DIRECTLY with the Biden White House on this effort to “get” Trump.
The case is falling apart, but if McAfee throws Willis off of it (as he should) then the whole thing will likely IMPLODE in an instant.
