Life insurance companies are sounding the alarm as their internal statistics are showing 2021 saw an overall increase in unexplained deaths by 40%.
In 2020, the fear was that the COVID pandemic would lead to higher death numbers, but 2021 was supposed to be end of it. Instead, the higher numbers reveal problems from both COVID and other issues that have led to a surge in the percentage of deaths.
Certain categories have also risen without a clear explanation. For example, the video cites Bell’s palsy as one category that is significantly higher. Heart attacks and blood clots also ranked higher. The age group impacted the most that is noted in the report are 18-49 year olds—one of the healthiest age groups historically.
That could be a problem by itself, as nearly all births occur in this age group and the early deaths could even lead to population decline if the trend continues.
There is no one issue driving the data, but are there are many concerns that are leading medical experts to ask tough questions.
