Michigan Gov. Whitmer seems to have a knack for giving advice without taking it. Tucker Carlson reveals the liberal hypocrisy as Whitmer warned her fellow Michigan residents to avoid vacationing in Florida, but took her own trip to the south afterwards.
If Florida is so dangerous, why was Governor Whitmer there? Tucker says her office won’t even say which part of the state she visited, when, or for how long due to so-called security concerns.
But it seems the only security concern may be Whitmer’s reelection.
Tucker asks why don’t Michiganders have a right to know what their governor was doing in Florida? He noted there was no record of a security request for her visit, so she clearly did not want people to know she was going there.
Could Whitmer be some sort of super-spreader and no one would know?
What’s worse, and shows Democrats COVID hypocrisy even more is the fact that Whitmer’s state health director went to Florida too on vacation. Without being vaccinated. During the middle of the pandemic. After her boss told the state’s residents not to go because they could catch the virus there and bring it back to Michigan and spread it there.
Worse, about 10 days before she got caught, Whitmer said she had not left the state in 14 months. But everyone knows she was at the inauguration in January. Maybe the truth is that she knows the pandemic wasn’t really that bad after all. But so far, no one is hearing from her due to “security concerns.”
