Former Republican Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich testified before Congress this week and he revealed EXACTLY what it is the Democrats are up to with their army of rogue activist judges.
Gingrich called out the radical leftist judges and said that what they’re doing is CLEARLY a “judicial coup d’etat.”
Judges have been SLAMMING Trump with a never-ending flurry of injunctions to try and stop his agenda completely.
During his first term, President Trump faced half (64) of all national injunctions issued since 1963 (127.)
But so far during his second term, the number of injunctions he has faced has ALREADY surpassed that with 79 issued against him in just the first two months of Trump’s presidency.
The legendary former House speaker said what these rogue judges are doing “clearly violates the Constitution and more than 200 years of American history.”
“There is clearly a potential constitutional crisis involving the Judicial Branch’s effort to fully override the Legislative and Executive branches.” Gingrich said.
Gingrich then cited that the last time anything even remotely close to this happened in our country’s history, the president decided to ABOLISH the courts who were trying to hamstring him.
“President Adams appointed [12] judges on his way out of office to hamstring in-coming President Thomas Jefferson’s agenda. President Jefferson concluded that impeaching the judges would take too much time. He and the Congress simply abolished the courts in which they served via the Judiciary Act of 1802.”
Is that what it’s going to take for Trump to get these judges off his back and actually let him fulfill his promise of Making America Great Again?
