The Supreme Court was hearing arguments over whether or not Donald Trump has absolute immunity from prosecution as the corrupt Biden government tries to put him behind bars for questioning the results of the 2020 election and one justice brought up a very good point which would suggest that Barack Obama is actually guilty of MUCH WORSE crimes.
Trump’s lawyers argue that former presidents are entitled to absolute immunity for their official acts.
Without this, they note, that “politically motivated prosecutions of former occupants of the Oval Office would become routine” – which is what we’re seeing now with the Biden regime’s attacks on Trump.
Trump attorney John Sauer argued it was “absolutely an official act for the president to communicate with state officials on a matter of enormous federal interest and concern.”
Anybody capable of rational thinking would logically assume that it’s fair to suggest that the president of the United States of America has the not only the right, but the duty to ensure that our elections are legitimately free and fair.
However, Last December, US District Judge Tanya Chutkan rejected the presidential immunity claims and argued that former presidents are not entitled to a “lifelong get-out-of-jail-free pass,” – but according to the DOJ that standard only applies to conservative presidents!
Justice Brett Kavanaugh suggested to a DOJ attorney that if what Chutkan says is true then perhaps former President Barack Obama should be prosecuted for MURDERING U.S. born civilians with his overseas drone strikes!
While the DOJ attorney responded with a bunch of legal nonsense to defend Obama, he claims that the Democrat didn’t “technically break any laws.”
In essence, the DOJ is claiming that by speaking on the phone with election officials in 2020, Trump needs to be punished more severely than Obama who quite literally ordered civilian to be killed!
That should tell you everything you need to know about how much these people HATE Trump and are willing to put on a disgusting display of mental gymnastics to justify their corrupt persecution of him.
