Justice Department Lessens Roger Stone’s ‘Extreme’ Sentencing Recommendation

How well do you remember the Roger Stone case? The left has fabricated so many scandals since then, it feels like a lifetime ago. Here’s your recap.

In the first attack on President Trump (which we’re counting separately from attacks on ‘candidate’ Trump), the left investigated allegations that the Trump Campaign colluded with Russia to influence the election. After all of this Ukraine nonsense, it’s easy to forget about the two-year-long Russiagate conspiracy.

In the midst of that investigation, a few people close to President Trump were charged with varying levels of perjury and/or obstruction of justice. Roger Stone was one of them. After committing the same crime as Bill Clinton (who never served a minute in prison), Stone was convicted. The original recommended sentence was seven to nine years for the crime.

Well, the DOJ just changed the recommendation. They declared the sentence was too harsh compared to others who had been convicted of the same crime.

You can decide for yourself if you agree with that assessment, but before you get the details from this video, remember one thing. Four prosecutors just resigned from the case in protest. That seems strange at the very least.

There’s a lot left to learn about this entire situation, and you’ll get more vital information in the video. Watch it with a skeptical eye. We’re a long way from returning true justice to this country.
